I got this picture txt from Molly this afternoon. Custom FMB cyclocross tubulars with a Schwalbe Racing Ralph tread. The tread was cut off of a standard pair of ralphs and glued to a 34 FMB pro cotton casing. The bright white side walls are made of a latex puncture resistant compound. Hott!!

Isn’t Schwalbe putting out a tubular version of the Racing Ralphs? I heard that Tufo was slapping the Ralph tread on their tube/casing design. I’m sure it’s not as supple as the FMB/Ralph combo but it’s got to be a whole lot lighter on the wallet.
Holy MTB tread! Beefy as all get-up. Indeed the white sidewalls are fairly bling! Yum. Did the FMB guy advance his business/reselling process yet beyond wire transfer to interested resellers??
Brooke- Schwalbe has been “ready to release” the tubular Racing Ralph for a couple of years. I noticed that last year Sven Nys had some custom built Racing Ralphs at worlds(probably from A Dugast.) Some people can’t wait any longer.
first race on the clincher Ralphs and i’m impressed…
but then i’m a giant 90kg sack of powerless slow uncoordination…
Those look sweet… but $175 is a lot of caysh
